Thị trường ERP toàn cầu dự đoán có mức tăng trưởng CAGR 8,2% trong năm 2022. Riêng khu vực châu Á – Thái Bình Dương, dự đoán giá trị sẽ tăng lên 26,4 tỉ USD đến năm 2026, với xuất phát từ mức 9,7 tỉ USD trong năm 2020.
Nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu hiện nay, ông Nguyên phân tích các giải pháp ERP cũng phải thay đổi. Thứ nhất, chi phí thấp ở mức chấp nhận được để hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp tối ưu chi phí. Thứ hai là tính sẵn sàng, trong bình thường mới với nhiều thay đổi, doanh nghiệp không thể chờ hàng năm hoặc hàng quý để triển khai một hệ thống.
Tiếp theo cần triển khai nhanh và dễ dàng, doanh nghiệp không cần tốn quá nhiều nguồn lực như cách truyền thống. Cùng với đó, hệ thống ERP mới phải đáp ứng được đặc thù của doanh nghiệp; chi phí bảo hành, bảo trì thấp; hoạt động một cách tin cậy.
