Rào cản lớn thứ hai với doanh nghiệp là thay đổi thói quen, tập quán kinh doanh. Nhiều doanh nghiệp tham gia khảo sát cho biết chuyển đối số sẽ thay đổi thói quen và cách làm việc của người lao động.
