Rào cản lớn thứ hai với doanh nghiệp là thay đổi thói quen, tập quán kinh doanh. Nhiều doanh nghiệp tham gia khảo sát cho biết chuyển đối số sẽ thay đổi thói quen và cách làm việc của người lao động. Một số doanh nghiệp đã ứng dụng phần mềm nhưng nhân viên không ứng dụng, hoặc chỉ ứng dụng một phần, khiến doanh nghiệp không đạt được mục tiêu đề ra.
