Ban triển khai TPM của Cường Vinh bao gồm các chuyên gia tư vấn triển khai TPM cùng 22 thành viên đến từ các bộ phận liên quan như: phòng hành chính, kế toán, mua hàng và các nhân viên vận hành, bảo trì, QC của phân xưởng 3.
