Chương trình triển khai áp dụng TPM của Sơn SELAC diễn ra từ 08/2019 đến 12/2019. Trong đó 2 tháng đầu được dành cho việc triển khai trụ cột AM và 2 tháng còn lại được dành cho việc triển khai 2 trụ cột còn lại.
