Cục Đường thủy nội địa VN không có văn bản giao nhiệm vụ hay đặt hàng bảo trì trong thời gian chờ đấu thầu, ký hợp đồng nên doanh nghiệp phải tự bỏ chi phí thực hiện.
Ông Nguyễn Văn Loan, Phó phòng Tài chính – Kế hoạch, Cục Đường thủy nội địa VN xác nhận, công tác tổ chức đấu thầu không thực hiện kịp trong tháng 12/2021 dẫn đến thời gian thực hiện các gói thầu năm 2022 không đủ 12 tháng. Cùng đó, giá mời thầu thấp hơn nhiều so các năm trước khiến doanh nghiệp phản ứng.
Năm nay có 40 gói thầu bảo trì, với giá trúng thầu 417 tỷ đồng, thấp hơn 10% so với năm trước, tương ứng giảm 4 – 7 tỷ đồng/gói.
