2. Kết quả đạt được khi triển khai TPM của Cơ Khí Duy Khanh
Với cột trụ bảo trì có kế hoạch PM, các chuyên gia đã cùng nhân viên công ty thực hiện bảo trì toàn diện cho cả 2 thiết bị CNC, từ đó đã giúp giảm số lần hư hỏng của 2 thiết bị này từ lúc bắt đầu là 23 lần (tháng 10/2019) xuống còn 11 lần (tháng 11/2019).
