1. Quá trình Cơ Khí Duy Khanh triển khai TPM
Từ tháng 10/2019, Cơ Khí Duy Khanh đã tham gia Chương trình Hỗ trợ các doanh nghiệp áp dụng thí điểm TPM của Vụ Khoa học và Công nghệ (Bộ Công Thương) tổ chức. Trong 3 tháng triển khai chương trình (từ tháng 10 đến tháng 12/2019), tổng cộng đã có 8 buổi các chuyên gia bảo trì đến tận nơi tư vấn và hướng dẫn trực tiếp cho nhân viên tại nhà máy của Cơ Khí Duy Khanh thực hiện thí điểm TPM trên 2 thiết bị máy CNC. Quá trình thí điểm bao gồm 3 trong 8 cột trụ TPM bao gồm: bảo trì có kế hoạch PM, bảo trì tự quản AM và cải tiến tập trung FI
2. Kết quả đạt được khi triển khai TPM của Cơ Khí Duy Khanh
Với cột trụ bảo trì có kế hoạch PM, các chuyên gia đã cùng nhân viên công ty thực hiện bảo trì toàn diện cho cả 2 thiết bị CNC, từ đó đã giúp giảm số lần hư hỏng của 2 thiết bị này từ lúc bắt đầu là 23 lần (tháng 10/2019) xuống còn 11 lần (tháng 11/2019). Với kết quả khả quan này, Cơ Khí Duy Khanh sẽ tiếp tục tự triển khai PM cho 104 thiết bị khác của công ty trong năm 2020.
Đối với cột trụ bảo trì tự quản AM, các chuyên gia đã hướng dẫn nhân viên vận hành thực hiện việc vệ sinh thiết bị sạch sẽ như lúc mới mua. Thông qua quá trình này, các chuyên gia đã giúp nhân viên vận hành hiểu rõ hơn về thiết bị của mình và nhận diện ra những vị trí cần treo thẻ đỏ để tiến hành khắc phục và cải tiến ngay sau đó. Đồng thời các chuyên gia cũng chụp lại các hình ảnh trong quá trình vệ sinh thiết bị để làm tài liệu giúp hướng dẫn nhân viên vận hành thực hiện các bước tự bảo dưỡng thiết bị cơ bản sau này (bao gồm: vệ sinh, kiểm tra, bôi trơn, siết chặt – CLIT). Sau 2 tháng áp dụng cho thấy các thiết bị thí điểm hoạt động hiệu quả hơn, ít phát sinh lỗi vặt. Dự kiến trong năm 2020, Cơ Khí Duy Tân sẽ tiếp tục nhân rộng thêm mô hình trên 9 thiết bị khác.
