Thách thức lớn nhất của ngành dệt may là biến động về nhân lực và cạnh tranh khốc liệt về giá thành. Trước khó khăn này, nhiều doanh nghiệp dệt may ở TP.HCM đã đẩy mạnh chuyển đổi số để giảm lao động và tăng năng suất lao động.
1. Chuyển đổi số giảm gần một nửa lao động và năng suất tăng
Trước đây, Công ty Cổ phần may Hòa Bình có gần 1.500 lao động. Mỗi năm, đến dịp lễ, Tết là doanh nghiệp rất lo về biến động lao, nhưng nay thì doanh nghiệp đã có thể chủ động được sản xuất.
