Trước bối cảnh suất đầu tư công nghiệp tại tỉnh Bắc Giang và lương công nhân tăng mạnh, một số chủ đầu tư ngành dệt may đã dịch chuyển sản xuất sang nước khác, vì vậy việc áp dụng chuyển đổi số và sản xuất xanh, sản xuất tuần hoàn đối với loại hình sản xuất này rất quan trọng. Qua đó, giúp doanh nghiệp (DN) tiết kiệm được chi phí sản xuất, bảo vệ môi trường, vượt khó.
1. Đơn hàng giảm, tiềm ẩn nhiều khó khăn
Theo thống kê, trên địa bàn tỉnh có hơn 200 DN may, trong đó, khoảng 50 DN có hoạt động xuất khẩu thường xuyên. Các DN may vẫn đang phải đối mặt nhiều thách thức, trong đó vấn đề lạm phát ở các thị trường chủ lực như Hoa Kỳ, châu Âu khiến sức mua giảm, đơn hàng thấp.
Công ty TNHH Xuất nhập khẩu may Tiến Đạt, thôn Hậu, xã Đại Lâm (Lạng Giang) có 9 dây chuyền sản xuất với hơn 400 lao động. Sản phẩm của Công ty xuất khẩu sang Hàn Quốc và một số nước châu Á.
Đại diện lãnh đạo Công ty cho biết, những năm trước, cứ trung tuần tháng 3 là DN nhận đủ đơn hàng sản xuất đến hết năm. Tuy nhiên, năm nay, đã cuối tháng 4 đơn vị mới có đủ đơn hàng sản xuất đến tháng 8. Nguyên nhân là do ảnh hưởng của suy thoái hậu dịch Covid-19, nhất là ảnh hưởng xung đột giữa Nga và Ukraina làm kinh tế thế giới gặp nhiều khó khăn, người dân tiết kiệm chi tiêu nên các đối tác của Công ty khó tiêu thụ sản phẩm.
Ông Nguyễn Ngọc Giang, Giám đốc Công ty cho biết: “Doanh thu trong quý I của chúng tôi chỉ đạt 15 tỷ đồng, giảm khoảng 15% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Thu nhập của người lao động cũng giảm từ 15-20%. Hiện tại, chúng tôi phải tìm cả những đơn hàng nhỏ, gia công những mặt hàng không phải là thế mạnh của DN để bảo đảm thu nhập và giữ chân công nhân”.
Toàn tỉnh có hơn 200 DN may, trong đó, khoảng 50 DN có hoạt động xuất khẩu thường xuyên. Kim ngạch xuất khẩu quý I đạt 346,5 triệu USD, tăng 9,3% so với cùng kỳ năm 2022.
Được biết, do suy thoái kinh tế toàn cầu nên nhiều DN hoạt động trong lĩnh vực may mặc tại Bắc Giang, nhất là các DN nhỏ bị ảnh hưởng khá lớn. Có DN đã phải chuyển sang lĩnh vực khác, có chủ đầu tư phải dịch chuyển sản xuất sang nước khác. Ông Trương Viết Công, Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty TNHH May Tín Phát, Cụm công nghiệp Đại Lâm (Lạng Giang) cho biết, DN đã phải nhượng toàn bộ các dây chuyền may và 500 công nhân của mình cho một DN may khác vì thiếu vốn sản xuất. DN chuyển sang sản xuất đồ nội thất, sản phẩm nhựa công nghiệp, gia công linh kiện điện tử…
Được biết, ngay cả những DN may lớn tại Bắc Giang cũng gặp không ít khó khăn. Sự sụt giảm này chủ yếu đến từ các khu vực thị trường như: Hoa Kỳ, châu Âu.
2. Chủ động áp dụng chuyển đổi số, sản xuất xanh
Để khắc phục khó khăn, các DN may, nhất là 6 DN may lớn (Công ty CP May xuất khẩu Hà Phong; Công ty TNHH Crystal Martin (Việt Nam); Công ty CP Tổng Công ty May Bắc Giang LGG; Chi nhánh Minh Đức – Công ty CP May xuất khẩu Hà Bắc; Công ty CP May xuất khẩu Hà Bắc; Công ty CP Tổng Công ty May Bắc Giang BGG không ngừng tìm bạn hàng mới. Đồng thời, áp dụng việc chuyển đổi số trong các khâu quản lý, sản xuất như: Quản trị nhân lực, quản lý tồn kho, thanh quyết toán tài chính, tiết kiệm năng lượng, tiết giảm chi phí sản xuất, tăng năng suất bằng việc áp dụng công nghệ mới, sản xuất tuần hoàn.
Ví như Công ty CP Tổng Công ty May Bắc Giang LGG vừa qua đã mua sắm nhiều máy móc hiện đại như hệ thống máy may cắt chỉ và máy cắt vải tự động… với nhiều chức năng, đáp ứng nhiều khâu công việc, giảm thiểu thời gian và nhân lực sản xuất. Đơn cử, mỗi máy cắt vải tự động giảm từ 7-8 lao động. Cùng với Công ty CP Tổng Công ty May Bắc Giang LGG, một số DN khác như Công ty CP Tổng Công ty May Bắc Giang BGG, Công ty TNHH Crystal Martin (Việt Nam) còn tự lắp đặt, sử dụng điện năng lượng mặt trời để sản xuất; từ đó, góp phần giảm phụ thuộc vào điện lưới.
Một số DN may thực hiện sản xuất tuần hoàn nội bộ như: Thu hồi nước ngưng trong hệ thống ống dẫn hơi nước; thu hồi và tuần hoàn nước cấp dàn lạnh tại hệ thống làm mát xưởng may; chuyển đổi lò hơi đốt than sang lò hơi đốt vụn vải, đã tiết kiệm lượng lớn than đá, tiêu hủy được cơ bản vụn vải thải ra.
Theo Sở Công Thương, hiện các DN dệt may đang phục hồi trở lại do tình hình dịch Covid-19 trong nước đã được kiểm soát. Tuy nhiên, để ngành dệt may phục hồi nhanh, lấy lại đà tăng trưởng như những năm trước khi đại dịch xảy ra vẫn cần thời gian dài. Bên cạnh đó, sau khi Quyết định số 45/2022/QĐ-UBND ngày 24/10/2022 của UBND tỉnh Bắc Giang (quy định suất đầu tư và số lao động sử dụng đối với các dự án đầu tư bằng nguồn vốn ngoài ngân sách trên địa bàn tỉnh) có hiệu lực, suất đầu tư phát triển công nghiệp ngành may mặc, dệt tại Bắc Giang từ 45-55 tỷ đồng/ha (tăng 120-175% so với giai đoạn 2016-2022) nên việc thu hút DN dệt may sẽ gặp khó.
Để tháo gỡ khó khăn, giúp các DN dệt may tiếp tục đầu tư, phát triển tại Bắc Giang, ông Nguyễn Văn Phương, Phó Giám đốc Sở Công Thương cho rằng, cần tạo môi trường đầu tư, kinh doanh thuận lợi cho DN. Cụ thể, tỉnh nên tăng cường hỗ trợ ứng dụng khoa học, công nghệ; hoàn thiện cơ sở hạ tầng: Giao thông, hệ thống điện, nước, viễn thông theo hướng đồng bộ, hiện đại, thông suốt, an toàn; phát triển các loại hình dịch vụ; thu hút các dự án đầu tư hạ tầng logistics đã được quy hoạch.
“Trong giai đoạn tới, yếu tố nhân công giá rẻ sẽ không còn là lợi thế của dệt may Việt Nam nói chung. Trong khi đó, lâu nay, dệt may chủ yếu làm hàng gia công cho các nhãn hàng nên giá trị lợi nhuận thấp. Do đó, định hướng phát triển của ngành dệt may Việt Nam (trong đó có Bắc Giang) là tiến dần lên các phương thức sản xuất mang lại giá trị gia tăng cao hơn, từ gia công tiến lên tự sản xuất vải, thiết kế, cắt may và xuất khẩu. Vì vậy, tỉnh cần hỗ trợ DN dệt may tập trung phát triển nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao; gắn kết chặt chẽ phát triển nguồn nhân lực với phát triển và ứng dụng khoa học, công nghệ để chuyển đổi mô hình tăng trưởng, góp phần tăng năng suất, chất lượng, hiệu quả và sức cạnh tranh”, ông Phương nói.
