Để khắc phục khó khăn, các DN may, nhất là 6 DN may lớn (Công ty CP May xuất khẩu Hà Phong; Công ty TNHH Crystal Martin (Việt Nam); Công ty CP Tổng Công ty May Bắc Giang LGG; Chi nhánh Minh Đức – Công ty CP May xuất khẩu Hà Bắc; Công ty CP May xuất khẩu Hà Bắc; Công ty CP Tổng Công ty May Bắc Giang BGG không ngừng tìm bạn hàng mới. Một số DN may thực hiện sản xuất tuần hoàn nội bộ như: Thu hồi nước ngưng trong hệ thống ống dẫn hơi nước; thu hồi và tuần hoàn nước cấp dàn lạnh tại hệ thống làm mát xưởng may; chuyển đổi lò hơi đốt than sang lò hơi đốt vụn vải, đã tiết kiệm lượng lớn than đá, tiêu hủy được cơ bản vụn vải thải ra.
Theo Sở Công Thương, hiện các DN dệt may đang phục hồi trở lại do tình hình dịch Covid-19 trong nước đã được kiểm soát. Tuy nhiên, để ngành dệt may phục hồi nhanh, lấy lại đà tăng trưởng như những năm trước khi đại dịch xảy ra vẫn cần thời gian dài. Bên cạnh đó, sau khi Quyết định số 45/2022/QĐ-UBND ngày 24/10/2022 của UBND tỉnh Bắc Giang (quy định suất đầu tư và số lao động sử dụng đối với các dự án đầu tư bằng nguồn vốn ngoài ngân sách trên địa bàn tỉnh) có hiệu lực, suất đầu tư phát triển công nghiệp ngành may mặc, dệt tại Bắc Giang từ 45-55 tỷ đồng/ha (tăng 120-175% so với giai đoạn 2016-2022) nên việc thu hút DN dệt may sẽ gặp khó.
Để tháo gỡ khó khăn, giúp các DN dệt may tiếp tục đầu tư, phát triển tại Bắc Giang, ông Nguyễn Văn Phương, Phó Giám đốc Sở Công Thương cho rằng, cần tạo môi trường đầu tư, kinh doanh thuận lợi cho DN. Cụ thể, tỉnh nên tăng cường hỗ trợ ứng dụng khoa học, công nghệ; hoàn thiện cơ sở hạ tầng: Giao thông, hệ thống điện, nước, viễn thông theo hướng đồng bộ, hiện đại, thông suốt, an toàn; phát triển các loại hình dịch vụ; thu hút các dự án đầu tư hạ tầng logistics đã được quy hoạch.

Do đó, định hướng phát triển của ngành dệt may Việt Nam (trong đó có Bắc Giang) là tiến dần lên các phương thức sản xuất mang lại giá trị gia tăng cao hơn, từ gia công tiến lên tự sản xuất vải, thiết kế, cắt may và xuất khẩu. Vì vậy, tỉnh cần hỗ trợ DN dệt may tập trung phát triển nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao; gắn kết chặt chẽ phát triển nguồn nhân lực với phát triển và ứng dụng khoa học, công nghệ để chuyển đổi mô hình tăng trưởng, góp phần tăng năng suất, chất lượng, hiệu quả và sức cạnh tranh”, ông Phương nói.
