Ngày 26/6/2023, Hiệp hội Dệt may Việt Nam (VITAS), Tổng Công ty May 10 đã phối hợp tổ chức hội thảo với chủ đề “Thúc đẩy số hóa – Xanh hóa sản xuất”.
Hội thảo được tổ chức nhằm đưa ra các giải pháp chuyển đổi số toàn diện, định hình thông minh và phát triển xanh hóa trong ngành dệt may; hướng tới mục tiêu giúp giải quyết hiệu quả các vấn đề mà ngành may mặc đang gặp phải như nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất, giảm chi phí sản xuất, tích hợp và minh bạch hóa dữ liệu quản lý sản xuất, giúp ban lãnh đạo các doanh nghiệp đưa ra quyết định chính xác nhanh chóng…
1. Doanh nghiệp dệt may tận dụng đơn hàng nhỏ, ứng phó với áp lực giao hàng nhanh
Phát biểu tại Hội thảo, Chủ tịch VITAS Vũ Đức Giang cho biết, trong 6 tháng đầu năm 2023, kim ngạch xuất khẩu dệt may đạt khoảng 18,6 tỷ USD, giảm 17,6% so với cùng kỳ.
Theo ông Giang, dù kim ngạch ghi nhận sụt giảm, nhưng đây là nỗ lực không nhỏ của cộng đồng doanh nghiệp dệt may khi đã nhanh chóng thích ứng, nhất là để tạo việc làm, giữ chân lao động trong diễn biến sụt giảm sâu của dệt may toàn cầu thông qua việc đa dạng hóa thị trường, đối tác khách hàng và mặt hàng.
Chủ tịch Hiệp hội Dệt may Việt Nam cũng đánh giá cao sự thích ứng nhanh, khả năng bắt kịp các xu hướng về tự động hóa, quản trị số của các doanh nghiệp trong ngành dệt may. Cộng đồng doanh nghiệp đã đẩy mạnh hợp tác tiếp nhận, ứng dụng các công nghệ tự động hóa, qua đó chịu được áp lực thời gian giao hàng nhanh, chất lượng khắt khe với giá cạnh tranh.

Tại hội thảo, nhiều vấn đề liên quan đến số hóa sản xuất, sản xuất xanh trong ngành may mặc đã được giới thiệu và thảo luận, như: Giải pháp kết nối thông minh toàn diện với hỗ trợ nền tảng IoT công nghiệp và nền tảng sinh thái phần mềm; Mô hình chuyển đổi công nghệ, số hóa tối ưu hóa quản lý nhân sự; Giải pháp quy trình sản xuất theo tế bào, theo ô; Mô hình sản xuất đơn hàng nhỏ, giao hàng nhanh; Mô hình sản xuất tinh gọn; Các giải pháp sử dụng năng lượng theo hướng bền vững…
Trong bối cảnh thiếu đơn hàng, để tạo việc làm giữ chân lao động nhiều doanh nghiệp dệt may đã phải chấp nhận các đơn hàng nhỏ thời gian giao hàng nhanh, giá thành lại thấp…
Nhằm đáp ứng các nhu cầu hiện tại của các doanh nghiệp dệt may, giải pháp kết nối thông minh toàn diện với hỗ trợ nền tảng IoT công nghiệp và nền tảng sinh thái phần mềm ứng dụng sẽ là lựa chọn phù hợp cho các doanh nghiệp để tối ưu hóa sản xuất.
Lãnh đạo VITAS cho rằng, cần chú trọng hơn nữa vào xây dựng, thúc đẩy việc hiện thực hóa quá trình xanh hóa, qua đó góp phần đẩy nhanh chiến lược phát triển bền vững, giảm phát thải của Chính phủ như cam kết tại COP26, đồng thời tăng sức cạnh tranh cho hàng hóa xuất khẩu khi đáp ứng được các tiêu chí, hàng rào kỹ thuật liên quan đến bảo vệ thân thiện môi trường của các thị trường lớn.
Cụ thể, theo ông Vũ Đức Giang, Chính phủ cần sớm ban hành các chính sách ưu đãi cụ thể về xanh hóa, chuyển đổi xanh; đồng thời dành nguồn lực để thúc đẩy vào quá trình chuyển đổi xanh của doanh nghiệp, như sử dụng các loại quỹ để tạo ưu đãi lãi suất hợp lý cho doanh nghiệp khi đầu tư vào các hạng mục chuyển đổi xanh, môi trường, nước thải, khí thải…
2. Xây dựng Dự thảo Chương trình phát triển bền vững nhằm cụ thể hóa Chiến lược Phát triển ngành Dệt may và Da giày Việt Nam
Tuy nhiên, Chủ tịch VITAS cũng nhấn mạnh, cần nâng cao nhận thức về xanh hóa từ doanh nghiệp, người lao động đến cộng đồng người tiêu dùng, trong đó bản thân doanh nghiệp phải ý thức về mục tiêu phát triển bền vững, chuyển đổi xanh và tận dụng các nguồn lực để nhanh chóng đầu tư công nghệ, nhà xưởng, điều kiện làm việc, ưu tiên đầu tư chuyển đổi sử dụng các nguồn năng lượng sạch, năng lượng tái tạo…
VITAS hiện đang xây dựng Dự thảo Chương trình phát triển bền vững nhằm cụ thể hóa Chiến lược Phát triển ngành Dệt may và Da giày Việt Nam đến năm 2030, tầm nhìn đến 2035.
Tại Dự thảo, VITAS đưa vào 2 nhiệm vụ cụ thể nhằm hỗ trợ quá trình xanh hóa của các doanh nghiệp gồm:
(i) Nghiên cứu phát triển, ứng dụng chuyển giao và đổi mới công nghệ sản xuất nguyên liệu xanh, nguyên liệu tái tạo;
(ii) hỗ trợ các dự án chuyển đổi xanh, xử lý nước thải, hóa chất, năng lượng tái tạo…
Theo đó, VITAS sẽ triển khai nghiên cứu xu hướng phát triển trong chuỗi dệt may toàn cầu, xu hướng đổi mới công nghệ để phát triển bền vững; xây dựng và công bố tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về nguyên phụ liệu xanh phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn quốc tế; Hỗ trợ nghiên cứu ứng dụng chuyển giao và đổi mới công nghệ trong sản xuất nguyên liệu xanh, nguyên liệu tái tạo; Khảo sát nhu cầu doanh nghiệp về chuyển đổi xanh; Hỗ trợ nghiên cứu và ứng dụng công nghệ tiên tiến trong lĩnh vực xử lý nước thải, hóa chất, năng lượng tái tạo; Hỗ trợ ứng dụng kết quả nghiên cứu tại doanh nghiệp có nhu cầu.
