Khác với nửa đầu năm nay tăng trưởng dương, dệt may đối mặt khó khăn từ tháng 7 khi diễn biến dịch phức tạp và giãn cách kéo dài tại các tỉnh, thành phía Nam, trong đó có TP HCM. Ngoài ra, nguy cơ cao nhất là khả năng đứt gãy chuỗi cung ứng do khách hàng chuyển đơn hàng đi nơi khác và thiếu hụt lao động về quê tránh dịch, không dễ quay trở lại ngay.
