Chương trình Kết nối mạng lưới sản xuất và tiêu dùng bền vững ngành dệt may, thời trang năm 2021 được tổ chức giúp nhằm giúp các doanh nghiệp sản xuất ngành dệt may, thời trang trên địa bàn thành phố Hà Nội thúc đẩy sản xuất, kinh doanh, nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm, liên kết bền vững để sử dụng có hiệu quả tài nguyên, giảm thiểu phát sinh chất thải, thúc đẩy nền kinh tế tuần hoàn và phát triển bền vững.
Dựa trên việc xác định đánh giá vòng đời sản phẩm, đảm bảo sử dụng hiệu quả các tài nguyên, giảm phát thải nhằm phát triển kinh tế – xã hội một cách bền vững, Sở Công Thương Hà Nội ban hành tiêu chí Kết nối “Mạng lưới sản xuất và tiêu dùng bền vững ngành dệt may, thời trang thành phố Hà Nội năm 2021”.
Theo đó, các doanh nghiệp, cơ sở sản xuất làng nghề truyền thống tham gia phải đáp ứng các tiêu chí từng giai đoạn từ quá trình sản xuất, sản phẩm, hàng hóa, hệ thống phân phối.
Về tiêu chí nguyên vật liệu sử dụng, hàm lượng formaldehyt và amin thơm chuyển hóa từ thuốc nhuộm azo trong thành phần nguyên liệu thấp hơn mức giới hạn theo quy chuẩn QCVN 01:2017/BCT ngày 23/10/2017 của Bộ Công Thương; bảo điều kiện an toàn lao động và môi trường lao động; có giải pháp thu gom, phân loại, tái chế, tái sử dụng rác thải trong sản xuất.
