· The system facilitates rapid communication within garment factories to reduce waiting times for issue resolution.
· It includes hardware such as red buttons on remotes, enabling operators to request assistance from maintenance, production, logistics, and quality departments when encountering production difficulties.
· Signals from operators are transmitted to the mobile phones of designated personnel and may also be announced via loudspeakers.
· Following issue resolution, responsible personnel press a green button on the remote to close the issue and provide the cause for each incident.
· The function of root cause analysis provided helps users understand recurring causes to facilitate improvement.
