Lễ ra mắt Sổ tay Chuyển đổi số cho Doanh nghiệp Nhỏ và Vừa (DNNVV) trong lĩnh vực chế biến và phân phối thực phẩm đã diễn ra vào sáng ngày 28/6, do Cục Phát triển Doanh nghiệp (thuộc Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư), Trung tâm Chuyển đổi số và Thống kê Nông nghiệp (thuộc Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển Nông thôn), cùng với sự hỗ trợ từ Cơ quan Phát triển quốc tế Hoa Kỳ (USAID) tại Việt Nam.
Sổ tay Chuyển đổi số cho DNNVV là một sản phẩm được xây dựng trong khuôn khổ Chương trình Hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp chuyển đổi số giai đoạn 2021-2025, thông qua Dự án Thúc đẩy cải cách và nâng cao năng lực kết nối của doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa (USAID LinkSME). Sổ tay này đã được công bố nhằm hỗ trợ DNNVV trong việc triển khai công nghệ số trong lĩnh vực chế biến và phân phối thực phẩm.
Sổ tay Chuyển đổi số cung cấp một tổng quan về công nghệ số và giúp nâng cao nhận thức cho DNNVV về lợi ích và tiềm năng của việc áp dụng công nghệ trong hoạt động kinh doanh. Nó cũng đưa ra các hướng dẫn cụ thể về cách triển khai công nghệ số ứng với mục tiêu sản xuất, kinh doanh và nguồn lực hiện có của từng doanh nghiệp. Sổ tay này tập trung vào các yếu tố quan trọng khi xây dựng kế hoạch chuyển đổi số, bao gồm tuân thủ quy định của nhà nước cũng như quy định, tiêu chuẩn của các thị trường xuất khẩu, mở rộng thị trường và tối ưu hóa chi phí.
Trong cuốn sổ tay, các chuyên gia của Chương trình đã phân tích và đề xuất giải pháp cho những khó khăn mà DNNVV có thể gặp phải khi thực hiện chuyển đổi số trong lĩnh vực chế biến và phân phối thực phẩm. Các chuyên gia cũng chia sẻ những bài học kinh nghiệm và lộ trình phù hợp để giúp DNNVV tại Việt Nam thành công trong việc chuyển đổi số. Sổ tay cũng đặc biệt nhấn mạnh về sự quan trọng của việc tuân thủ các quy định Môi trường, Xã hội và Quản trị (ESG) từ các thị trường lớn trên thế giới. Điều này được thể hiện qua việc Thủ tướng Chính phủ Việt Nam đã phê duyệt “Kế hoạch hành động quốc gia chuyển đổi hệ thống lương thực thực phẩm minh bạch, trách nhiệm và bền vững đến năm 2030”.
Các giải pháp chuyển đổi số mà Sổ tay đề cập tập trung vào nhiều khía cạnh của chuỗi giá trị ngành chế biến và phân phối thực phẩm. Các khía cạnh này bao gồm việc thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu, truy xuất nguồn gốc sản phẩm, quản lý vận tải, quản lý kho, quản lý sản xuất và hàng tồn kho, cũng như quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm và bán hàng đa kênh. Các chuyên gia đề xuất rằng DNNVV nên ưu tiên triển khai các giải pháp bán hàng đa kênh và truy xuất nguồn gốc để tối ưu hóa doanh thu và tăng cường liên kết trong chuỗi cung ứng.
Theo ông Nguyễn Đức Trung, Phó Cục trưởng Cục Phát triển Doanh nghiệp, việc chuyển đổi số trong bối cảnh cách mạng số hóa đang diễn ra mạnh mẽ là một cách hiệu quả để tạo ra giá trị mới và nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của doanh nghiệp trong kinh tế quốc gia.
Ông Phan Viết Hoàn, Tổng Giám đốc Freshdi, cho biết: “Sổ tay này cung cấp nhiều kiến thức quan trọng và hữu ích để doanh nghiệp hiểu rõ quá trình chuyển đổi số và cách áp dụng công nghệ số vào sản xuất và kinh doanh của họ. Đối với chúng tôi, sổ tay này mang đến góc nhìn toàn diện, giúp chúng tôi hiểu sâu hơn về quá trình chuyển đổi số của doanh nghiệp trong ngành chế biến và phân phối thực phẩm tại Việt Nam. Điều này sẽ giúp chúng tôi phát triển những giải pháp chuyển đổi số tốt nhất để hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp trong việc quản lý bán hàng và tiếp thị sản phẩm nông sản Việt Nam.”
Chương trình hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp chuyển đổi số giai đoạn 2021-2025 do Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư chủ trì, với sự hợp tác của Cơ quan Phát triển quốc tế Hoa Kỳ (USAID). Mục tiêu của chương trình đến năm 2025 bao gồm việc nâng cao nhận thức về chuyển đổi số cho 100% doanh nghiệp, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật về chuyển đổi số cho tối thiểu 100.000 doanh nghiệp, tạo ra ít nhất 100 doanh nghiệp chuyển đổi số thành công để lan tỏa và nhân rộng, cũng như thiết lập mạng lưới chuyên gia gồm tối thiểu 100 tổ chức và cá nhân tư vấn để hỗ trợ chuyển đổi số cho doanh nghiệp và phát triển các nền tảng số.
