OUTSTANDING RESULTS AFTER ONLY 5 MONTHS OF OPERATION (07 → 11/2025)

1. Machine downtime reduced sharply by 83%

From July to November 2025, total downtime decreased from 1.151.000 hours to 193.000 hours – an 83% reduction.

At the same time, the Offset printing machines—the area that previously accounted for >50% downtime of the factory’s downtime—were well controlled thanks to transparent data from EcoMaint.

2. Overdue maintenance work reduced by 94%

The number of overdue tasks decreased from 5.682 tasks (September) to 350 tasks (November)—a 94% reduction. This demonstrates that EcoMaint’s automatic reminders, quick assignment, and real-time progress tracking work extremely effectively.

3. Maintenance costs tightly controlled

• After August (the cost peak due to many major incidents), maintenance costs decreased by up to 86% by October.  
• All costs for materials, labor, and spare parts are tracked in detail by each machine, each area, and each Work Order.
• Management only needs to open the dashboard to immediately see which areas are generating high downtime-related costs, enabling focused countermeasures.

4. Accurately identifying “black spots” causing downtime

Thanks to EcoMaint’s powerful drill-down feature, APP discovered:

• Packaging Plant 1 accounts for more than 50% of total downtime across the entire system
• The Offset Printing area accounts for 67% of downtime at Plant 1
• The top 3 causes account for nearly 90% of downtime at the plant, enabling an improvement plan

From this data, APP developed a targeted maintenance improvement plan instead of distributing maintenance resources evenly everywhere as before.

5. Maintenance team productivity increased clearly

• The number of completed tasks remained stably high (20.000 – 30.000 taks/month)
• The maintenance team shifted from “firefighting” to planned work, focusing on higher-quality tasks.
