Nhiều doanh nghiệp tại Việt Nam cho rằng chuyển đổi số khó khăn bởi công nghệ, trong khi chuyên gia cho rằng nhận thức và cách làm mới là nguyên nhân chính.
Chuyển đổi số không chỉ là một xu thế “không thể đảo ngược” đang diễn ra trên toàn cầu. Trong bối cảnh nền kinh tế đầy khó khăn thách thức như hiện nay, chuyển đổi số còn là giải pháp giúp các doanh nghiệp tối ưu hóa hoạt động quản trị, sản xuất, kinh doanh, tạo nền tảng, lợi thế cạnh tranh trong giai đoạn phát triển tiếp theo.
Đó là nội dung chính được các chuyên gia bàn luận tại Hội nghị và Triển lãm Biztech Việt Nam 2023 do Hiệp hội Phần mềm và Dịch vụ công nghệ thông tin Việt Nam (VINASA) tổ chức, khai mạc ngày 6-7 tại TP.HCM.
1. Doanh nghiệp chuyển đổi số gặp khó khăn gì?
Chia sẻ tại hội nghị, bà Võ Thị Trung Trinh, phó giám đốc Sở Thông tin và Truyền thông TP.HCM, cho rằng các doanh nghiệp hiện nay chuyển đổi số gặp khó khăn không phải từ công nghệ, mà chủ yếu từ nhận thức. Do đó việc tuyên truyền nâng cao nhận thức cho các doanh nghiệp là rất quan trọng.
Ông Lê Hồng Quang, phó tổng giám đốc thường trực Công ty MISA, nêu ra ba vấn đề khó khăn chính trong quá trình chuyển đổi số của các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ (SMEs):
Thứ nhất là doanh nghiệp sử dụng các giải pháp rời rạc. Mỗi bộ phận, phòng ban dùng một giải pháp khác nhau nên không kết nối được với nhau, dẫn đến thông tin phải nhập đi nhập lại, dữ liệu phân mảnh.
Vấn đề thứ hai là khi doanh nghiệp lớn dần lên thì ứng dụng đang triển khai không còn phù hợp nữa và cần phải thay. Nhưng khi thay thể thì khó có thể kế thừa dữ liệu lịch sử rất quan trọng ở ứng dụng cũ.
Vấn đề thứ ba là chi phí cao. Doanh nghiệp nào cũng muốn ứng dụng một hệ thống có tầm nhìn dài hạn như ERP (hệ thống giúp hoạch định nguồn lực của doanh nghiệp), tuy nhiên chức năng của ERP thì không thể sử dụng hết, ngân sách để sử dụng ERP không nhỏ và hệ thống này khá phức tạp để đào tạo vận hành.
2. Chung tay hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp chuyển đổi số
Theo chia sẻ của bà Trinh, theo báo cáo kinh tế hai quý đầu năm 2023, nền kinh tế Việt Nam đứng trước nhiều thách thức, tác động lớn của thị trường, kinh tế – xã hội tới các doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn thành phố có thể thấy rất rõ.
“Để hỗ trợ các doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn, thành phố đã đưa ra rất nhiều chương trình hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp chuyển đổi số, song song với đầu tư hạ tầng và hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp công nghệ phát triển”, bà Trinh nói.
Cụ thể, thành phố đã thành lập Trung tâm tư vấn và hỗ trợ chuyển đổi số (DX Center) với mục tiêu kết nối hệ sinh thái chuyển đổi số, hỗ trợ các doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa thực hiện chuyển đổi số. Thành phố cũng thực hiện đồng loạt các chương trình:
– Phát triển thương mại điện tử;
– Phát triển sản phẩm công nghiệp chủ lực của thành phố: 7 nhóm hàng công nghiệp, 4 nhóm hàng nông nghiệp chủ lực;
– Hỗ trợ phát triển doanh nghiệp và sản phẩm CNTT-TT;
– Đề án hỗ trợ phát triển hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo thành phố…
Về phía hiệp hội, bà Nguyễn Thị Thu Giang, phó chủ tịch kiêm tổng thư ký VINASA, cho biết: “VINASA cùng các hội viên nói riêng cũng như các doanh nghiệp công nghệ số nói chung mong muốn sát cánh cùng các doanh nghiệp, vượt qua những khó khăn chung một cách thiết thực.
Vì vậy, Biztech 2023 ngoài việc cung cấp thông tin, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, hướng dẫn chi tiết từng bước chuyển đổi số, kết nối và tư vấn trực tiếp… thì tất cả giải pháp được giới thiệu tại chương trình đều cam kết có các ưu đãi đặc biệt dành cho khách hàng”.
