PV Power đào tạo phần mềm CMMS để quản lý thiết bị, vật tư và bảo dưỡng sửa chữa các nhà máy điện
Ngày 27/10/2021, tại Hà Nội, Tổng công ty Điện lực Dầu khí Việt Nam – CTCP (PV Power) đã khai giảng chương trình đào tạo nội bộ “Đào tạo phần mềm CMMS để quản lý thiết bị, vật tư và công tác bảo dưỡng sửa chữa các nhà máy điện” dành cho nhân sự Ban Quản lý Dự án Điện lực Dầu khí Thái Bình 2 (Ban QLDA).

Tham dự buổi khai giảng chương trình đào tạo gồm có các đại diện của Tập đoàn Dầu khí Việt Nam (Petrovietnam), Ban QLDA Thái Bình 2, cùng các nhân sự tham gia đào tạo.
Về phía PV Power là sự có mặt của ông Phan Ngọc Hiền – Phó Tổng Giám đốc và đại diện các Ban chuyên môn.
Để hỗ trợ quản lý và thực hiện quả công tác quản lý thiết bị và bảo dưỡng sửa chữa, từ những ngày đầu vận hành các nhà máy, PV Power đã nghiên cứu triển khai áp dụng phần mềm quản lý bào trì sửa chữa CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System): năm 2009 – NMĐ Cà Mau 1&2, năm 2012 – NMĐ Nhơn Trạch 1, năm 2014 – NMĐ Vũng Áng 1. Hệ thống phần mềm CMMS có chức năng quản lý thông tin chi tiết về lý lịch, thông số kỹ thuật, vật tư, biện pháp sửa chữa, lịch sử bảo trì sửa chữa của từng hệ thống, thiết bị. Qua đó, phần mềm giúp tổng hợp, tối ưu hóa toàn bộ công tác chuẩn bị vật tư, nhân lực, kế hoạch bảo trì hiệu quả và hoạt động tin cậy cho hệ thống thiết bị. Hệ thống CMMS của PV Power sử dụng được tổ chức Gartner đánh giá là giải pháp dẫn đầu nhiều năm về quản trị tài sản và bảo dưỡng sửa chữa công trình công nghiệp trên thế giới.
Trong khi đó, Dự án Nhiệt điện Thái Bình 2 được xác định là một trong những dự án trọng điểm của ngành điện tại Trung tâm Điện lực Thái Bình, có vai trò quan trọng bảo đảm cung cấp điện cho phát triển kinh tế vùng duyên hải Bắc Bộ và cả nước. Hiện nay, Dự án Nhiệt điện Thái Bình 2 đã bước vào giai đoạn chuẩn bị triển khai chạy thử và đang được lãnh đạo các cấp Bộ, Ban, Ngành, cũng như Petrovietnam hết sức quan tâm. Hiểu được tầm quan trọng của dự án cùng với sự chỉ đạo từ phía Petrovietnam, PV Power với vai trò là đơn vị hỗ trợ Dự án Nhiệt điện Thái Bình 2 đã tổ chức chương trình đào tạo, tư vấn chuyên môn, hướng dẫn sử dụng phần mềm CMMS cho nhân sự của Ban QLDA.
Phát biểu khai giảng, ông Phan Ngọc Hiền – Phó Tổng giám đốc PV Power nhận định: Công tác triển khai mở rộng hệ thống phần mềm CMMS quản lý vật tư thiết bị cho Dự án Nhiệt điện Thái Bình 2 đã được Lãnh đạo Tập đoàn khẩn trưởng chỉ đạo để tiến hành. Trước đó, PV Power đã từng bước phối hợp với Ban QLDA về mọi mặt: Vật tư, trang thiết bị, công tác nhân sự… và cho tới nay, là công tác đào tạo. PV Power sẽ tiếp tục sử dụng sức mạnh nội tại hiện có để góp một phần công sức vào công cuộc đưa Dự án Nhiệt điện Thái Bình 2 về đích đúng tiến độ đề ra. Ông khẳng định, không chỉ dừng lại ở Dự án Nhiệt điện Thái Bình 2, PV Power sẽ luôn sẵn sàng mở rộng phần mềm CMMS, cung cấp tư vấn đồng thời hỗ trợ triển khai áp dụng phần mềm cho tất cả các Nhà máy điện của Tập đoàn trong tương lai. Ông cũng bày tỏ mong muốn, với đội ngũ giảng viên có phương pháp truyền tải dễ hiểu, thường xuyên lồng ghép các kiến thức trong từng tình huống thực tế và cụ thể thì kết thúc khóa học, các học viên sẽ nắm bắt được đầy đủ thông tin và kiến thức áp dụng trong triển khai công việc thực tế tại nhà máy.
Thông qua chương trình lần này, các nhân sự của Ban QLDA tham gia đào tạo sẽ có thể nắm được mô hình, nguyên lý hoạt động, công năng và các thao tác sử dụng của phần mềm CMMS. Từ đó áp dụng những lý thuyết vào thực tế sử dụng nhằm quản lý thiết bị, vật tư và công tác bảo dưỡng sửa chữa nhà máy điện trên phần mềm. Giảng viên tham gia giảng dạy là các cán bộ hiện đang trực tiếp theo dõi, quản lý thiết bị, vật tư và công tác bảo dưỡng sửa chữa tại các nhà máy điện của PV Power với gần 15 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc.
Chương trình học gồm 7 chủ đề khác nhau, dự kiến sẽ diễn ra trong vòng 10 ngày, kể từ ngày 27/10/2021, nhằm đảm bảo hoàn thành mục tiêu giảng dạy được đề ra.
