Ngành dệt may dự kiến tăng trưởng năm 2021 hơn 11%
Năm 2022, trên cơ sở tình hình diễn biến dịch bệnh và sự triển khai thực hiện quyết liệt, thống nhất Nghị quyết 128/CP-NQ của Chính phủ, VITAS xây dựng 3 kịch bản tăng trưởng.
Sáng 7/12, Hiệp hội Dệt May Việt Nam (VITAS) tổ chức họp báo công bố chương trình Hội nghị tổng kết 2021 sẽ diễn ra vào ngày 17/12 tới đây.

Dự kiến, chương trình được tổ chức dưới 2 hình thức trực tuyến và trực tiếp tại Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng và Tp. Hồ Chí Minh, với sự tham gia của các lãnh đạo bộ, ngành, các học giả, chuyên gia kinh tế và lao động, cùng hơn 500 doanh nghiệp hội viên.
Phó chủ tịch kiêm Tổng thư ký VITAS Trương Văn Cẩm chia sẻ, sự kiện nhằm nhìn nhận, đánh giá các hoạt động của ngành và của VITAS trong năm 2021; đề ra các công việc và giải pháp cần thiết mà doanh nghiệp hội viên và VITAS cần tập trung thực hiện trong chiến lược phát triển của ngành giai đoạn 2020 – 2025 và tầm nhìn tới năm 2030.
Theo đại diện VITAS, dù chịu ảnh hưởng nặng nề của đại dịch COVID-19, đặc biệt trong quý III, nhưng xuất khẩu hàng dệt may của Việt Nam đã vượt lên khó khăn duy trì đà tăng trưởng tốt.
Năm 2021, ngành dệt may ước đạt 39 tỷ USD, tăng 11,2% so với năm 2020 và tăng 0,3% so với năm 2019. Đây là nỗ lực của toàn ngành trong bối cảnh tốc độ phục hồi của kinh tế thế giới có xu hướng chậm lại. Báo cáo của Quỹ Tiền tệ thế giới (IMF) vào tháng 10/2021 đã chỉ ra rằng, tổng sản phẩm xuất khẩu hàng hóa của thế giới năm 2021 ước tính đạt 17,35 nghìn tỷ USD, giảm 1,3% so với mức 17,58 nghìn tỷ USD năm 2020 và giảm 8,75% so với năm 2019 .
Năm 2022, dự báo tình hình dịch bệnh trên thế giới và Việt Nam vẫn diễn biến rất phức tạp, khó lường, song ngành dệt may Việt Nam ghi nhận nhiều tín hiệu tích cực. Theo đó, các thị trường lớn như Mỹ, Liên minh châu Âu (EU)… đã mở cửa trở lại. Đặc biệt, Việt Nam đã thay đổi chính sách từ zero COVID sang vừa thích ứng an toàn, linh hoạt, kiểm soát hiệu quả dịch COVID-19 vừa phục hồi và phát triển kinh tế theo Nghị quyết 128/NQ-CP của Chính Phủ.
Năm 2022, trên cơ sở tình hình diễn biến dịch bệnh và sự triển khai thực hiện quyết liệt, thống nhất Nghị quyết 128/CP-NQ của Chính phủ từ Trung ương đến địa phương, VITAS xây dựng 3 kịch bản tăng trưởng.
Theo đó, kịch bản tích cực nhất phấn đấu đạt kim ngạch xuất khẩu 42,5 – 43,5 tỷ USD, nếu tình hình dịch bệnh được kiểm soát cơ bản vào quý I/2022. Kịch bản trung bình đạt 40 – 41 tỷ USD, nếu tình hình dịch bệnh được kiểm soát giữa năm 2022. Kịch bản thấp nhất đạt 38 – 39 tỷ USD, trong trường hợp dịch bệnh còn diễn biến phức tạp, kéo dài đến cuối năm 2022.
Về phía VITAS sẽ tiếp tục kết nối giữa các doanh nghiệp trong nước với nhau và với các doanh nghiệp đầu tư nước ngoài hình thành chuỗi cung ứng; mở rộng thị trường xuất khẩu; tham gia và hoạt động tích cực tại nhiều tổ chức quốc tế lớn chuyên ngành dệt may như Liên đoàn các Nhà sản xuất dệt may quốc tế (ITMF), Liên đoàn Dệt May Đông Nam Á (AFTEX), Liên đoàn Thời trang Châu Á (AFF)…
Ngoài ra, kết nối các doanh nghiệp với nhiều tổ chức và hiệp hội dệt may quốc tế, tranh thủ chuyên gia, kinh nghiệm, kinh phí để mở các lớp đào tạo về kỹ thuật, thiết kế, bán hàng, xây dựng thương hiệu…
Thời gian tới, hiệp hội phát huy vai trò cầu nối giữa các doanh nghiệp dệt may với Chính phủ và các cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước để phản ánh những vướng mắc về cơ chế chính sách, thủ tục hành chính, kiểm tra chuyên ngành, thuế, hải quan, lao động tiền lương, bảo hiểm…; đồng thời, chủ động tham gia xây dựng chính sách hỗ trợ, đàm phán cùng Chính phủ về hiệp định thương mại tự do nhằm tạo thuận lợi thương mại cho cộng đồng doanh nghiệp dệt may.
Cũng theo VITAS, tại hội nghị tổ chức ngày 17/12 tới đây, bên cạnh các báo cáo trình bày, tham luận cập nhật tình hình thị trường dệt may thế giới, xu thế tiêu thụ, chuyển dịch sản xuất, thời trang trong bối cảnh dịch COVID-19, hội thảo sẽ đề cập tới những cơ hội và thách thức cho ngành trong điều kiện bình thường mới, cũng như mục tiêu, phương hướng, nhiệm vụ , giải pháp của ngành năm 2022.
Song song đó, hội thảo sẽ có phần đối thoại giữa các bên đại diện quản lý Nhà nước, hiệp hội và doanh nghiệp dệt may, công đoàn, nhãn hàng và đại diện tổ chức quốc tế./.
