Trong khuôn khổ các hoạt động Sàn giao dịch Công nghệ năm 2023, Sở Khoa học Công nghệ TP. HCM phối hợp cùng công ty VIetsoft tổ chức hội thảo: “Giải pháp số hóa quản lý bảo trì thiết bị và tiết kiệm năng lượng” trong đó Trung tâm Thông tin và Thống kê Khoa học và Công nghệ TP. HCMvà Vietsoft là đơn vị thực hiện.
Số hóa doanh nghiệp (digital transformation) là quá trình cải tiến và chuyển đổi hoạt động kinh doanh truyền thống sang sử dụng công nghệ số. Mục tiêu tăng năng suất, cắt giảm chi phí sản xuất thông qua việc loại bỏ tối đa các lãng phí, giảm thời gian ngừng máy, giảm lượng tồn kho phụ tùng, tăng tuổi thọ máy, giảm chi phí bảo trì.
Giải pháp bao gồm 3 phần mềm trong đó:
Phần mềm quản lý thiết bị và bảo trì (Vietsoft Ecomaint): Quản lý bảo trì, giảm thiểu hư hỏng đột xuất, giảm chi phí điện năng, chi phí nguyên vật liệu… Số hóa toàn bộ thông tin thiết bị, gia tăng hiệu quả thiết bị tổng thể (OEE – Overal Equipment Effectiveness), giúp gia tăng lợi nhuận.
Hệ thống giám sát hoạt động của động cơ (MTW): Phân tích hiệu quả sử dụng máy dựa trên thời gian chạy có tải và không tải, giúp doanh nghiệp tối đa hóa thời gian máy tạo ra giá trị, gia tăng lợi nhuận; Theo dõi liên tục tình trạng của động cơ, cảnh báo nóng các bất thường; Báo cáo kiểm toán năng lượng theo thời gian thực và phân tích các lãng phí.
Hệ thống quản lý và điều hành sản xuất (ANDON và MES Smart Track): Giảm thời gian dừng máy do chờ giải quyết các sự cố; Thu thập và thống kê dữ liệu tiến độ sản xuất theo đơn hàng, số lượng, tránh sản xuất thừa, kịp thời điều chỉnh kế hoạch sản xuất để đáp ứng thời gian giao hàng; Hiển thị tình trạng máy và chỉ số hiệu quả thiết bị tổng thể (OEE) theo thời gian thực
