Theo đó, hàng dệt may vào EU phải có tuổi thọ cao, có thể tái sử dụng và tái chế được. Tất cả những thông tin trên phải được nhà sản xuất cung cấp cho người tiêu dùng thông qua việc gắn hộ chiếu kỹ thuật số cho từng sản phẩm.
