Đặc biệt, khi doanh nghiệp muốn tận dụng ưu đãi khi xuất nhập khẩu ở những thị trường mà Việt Nam có ký kết và tham gia Hiệp định Thương mại tự do (FTA) thì phải sử dụng nguyên phụ liệu đảm bảo yêu cầu của nước sở tại nhập khẩu hàng hóa.
Hiện nay, nhiều FTA thế hệ mới cũng đều có cam kết về bảo vệ môi trường và phát thải thấp. Đây vừa là thách thức, vừa là cơ hội để doanh nghiệp hướng đến đầu tư công nghệ sản xuất hiện đại, tăng tính cạnh tranh của sản phẩm khi xuất khẩu.
