1. Đơn hàng dồi dào, ngành dệt may cần tuyển dụng nhiều lao động
Trao đổi với phóng viên Báo Lao Động ngày 8.2, ông Lê Tất Thắng, cán bộ Công đoàn Dệt may Việt Nam (khu vực phía Nam) cho biết hiện nay, đơn hàng của các doanh nghiệp ngành dệt may rất dồi dào. Nhiều doanh nghiệp cho biết đã ký đơn hàng đến hết tháng 6.2022.
Vì thế, nhu cầu tuyển dụng lao động cho ngành dệt may khá lớn, khoảng từ 6.000 – 9.000 người, tương đương từ 10% -15% số lao động hiện tại với mức lương trong bình quân khoảng 8 triệu – 8,5 triệu đồng/người/tháng.
Điều này phù hợp với khảo sát của Trung tâm Dự báo nhu cầu nhân lực và Thông tin thị trường lao động TPHCM.
Tiến sĩ Đỗ Thanh Vân – Phó Giám đốc Trung tâm Dự báo nhu cầu nhân lực và Thông tin thị trường lao động TPHCM – cho biết sau khi TPHCM áp dụng nhiều giải pháp linh hoạt vừa thích ứng với tình hình mới, vừa đảm bảo chống dịch cùng với thời điểm sau Tết, phần lớn doanh nghiệp bắt đầu triển khai kế hoạch tuyển dụng nhân sự, thị trường lao động sau Tết tiếp tục có những chuyển biến tích cực, sôi động trở lại.
Sau Tết Nguyên Đán, TPHCM cần khoảng 44.800 – 55.600 chỗ làm việc, tập trung ở các ngành như: dệt may – giày da; sản xuất, chế biến thực thẩm; cơ khí; hóa chất – dược – cao su… Ảnh: Nam Dương
Dự kiến nhu cầu nhân lực sau Tết Nguyên Đán cần khoảng 44.800 – 55.600 chỗ làm việc, tập trung ở các ngành như: Dệt may – giày da; sản xuất, chế biến thực thẩm; cơ khí; hóa chất – dược – caosu; kiến trúc; xây dựng; bán buôn và bán lẻ; vận tải kho bãi; dịch vụ lưu trú và ăn uống; thông tin và truyền thông, kinh doanh bất động sản; dịch vụ bảo vệ…
Các nhóm nghề có nhu cầu tuyển dụng cao sau Tết như kinh doanh thương mại; dịch vụ phục vụ cá nhân, bảo vệ; dịch vụ tư vấn – nghiên cứu khoa học và phát triển; công nghệ thông tin; dệt may – giày da; dịch vụ du lịch – lưu trú và ăn uống; công nghệ lương thực – thực phẩm… Về trình độ, nhu cầu nhân lực đã qua đào tạo chiếm 86,39%, trong đó trình độ đại học trở lên chiếm 21,58%, cao đẳng chiếm 19,13%, trung cấp chiếm 25,08%, sơ cấp chiếm 20,6%/.
“Với những hoạt động chăm lo Tết của các cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước, doanh nghiệp về lương, thưởng, phúc lợi và tổ chức cho người lao động về quê ăn Tết, cùng với nhu cầu ở lại thành phố trong những ngày Tết đã góp phần ổn định thị trường lao động sau Tết. Bên cạnh đó, Quyết định số 1405/QĐ-BLĐTBXH ngày 13.12.2021 của Bộ LĐTBXH về ban hành chương trình hỗ trợ phục hồi và phát triển thị trường lao động, trong đó nêu rõ các giải pháp hỗ trợ người lao động, đặc biệt hỗ trợ lao động ngoại tỉnh quay trở lại làm việc. Điều này, góp phần giải quyết những khó khăn trong công tác tuyển dụng nhân sự và cũng là cơ hội việc làm cho sinh viên, học viên, người lao động trong thời gian tới”, tiến sĩ Đỗ Thanh Vân nhận định.
