Nhà máy Sợi Thiên Nam 2 triển khai TPM trong năm 2019
Nhà máy Sợi Thiên Nam 2 triển khai 4 trụ cột TPM: Bảo trì tự quản AM Giáo dục và đào tạoBảo trì theo kế hoạch PM Cải tiến tập trung FI trong năm 2019.
Cổ phần Đầu tư và Phát triển Thiên Nam (Sợi Thiên Nam) được thành lập từ năm 2000. Công ty luôn đặt mục tiêu trở thành một nhà cung cấp tin cậy, dài hạn và phấn đấu trở thành doanh nghiệp kinh doanh sợi đứng đầu ngành dệt may Việt Nam với phương châm chú trọng “Ổn định chất lượng – Xem trọng khách hàng”. Đây là động lực để Sợi Thiên Nam không ngừng đầu tư cải tiến hệ thống dây chuyền sản xuất. Các tài sản máy móc và các phụ tùng, thiết bị của dây chuyền sản xuất của Thiên Nam luôn được trang bị, vận hành và nâng cấp bởi các nhà cung cấp hàng đầu trong ngành Dệt may.
Bên cạnh đó, công ty cũng chú trọng đến việc cải tiến công tác quản lý bảo trì tài sản, do đó từ tháng 10/2018 , công ty sẽ tham gia chương trình tư vấn triển khai bảo trì năng suất toàn diện TPM thí điểm tại một nhà máy của công ty.
Quá trình triển khai thí điểm được dự kiến diễn ra trong 1 năm từ 10/2018- 10/2019 tại nhà máy Thiên Nam 2. Đây là nhà máy được thành lập từ năm 2005 với công suất sản xuất đạt 38.000 cọc sợi, tương đương với 6.600 tấn sợi/năm. Việc triển khai TPM sẽ gồm 4 trụ cột:
Bảo trì tự quản AM
Giáo dục và đào tạo
Bảo trì theo kế hoạch PM
Cải tiến tập trung FI
Trước khi tham gia chương trình này, Sợi Thiên Nam cũng đã hoàn tất quá trình triển khai 5S thành công cho cả 5 nhà máy của doanh nghiệp từ tháng 07/2018 đến tháng 10/2018 một cách bài bản.

Bố trí dấu hiệu cảnh báo nguy hiểm về độ cao;
Bổ sung biển tên, tem nhãn, đảm bảo tất cả các đồ dùng vật dụng đều có vị trí và được định danh.
Ban hành tiêu chuẩn hóa vị trí, phân loại đồ dùng theo màu sắc đảm bảo nguyên tắc dễ thấy, dễ lấy, dễ trả lại vị trí ban đầu…
Thành lập ban 5S – Kaizen hoạt động lâu dài, giúp kiểm tra, đánh giá, tuyên dương khen thưởng các cá nhân, tập thể làm tốt và những sáng kiến cải tiến hữu ích trong quá trình sản xuất,kinh doanh.
Với những nỗ lực đó, đã giúp tạo ra một môi trường sản xuất thoáng đãng, sạch sẽ, nâng cao ý thức, năng lực của nhân viên công ty và là tiền đề vững chắc cho việc Nhà máy sợi Thiên Nam 2 triển khai TPM sau đó.
