Đồng thời sẽ đảm bảo cung cấp các điều kiện tốt nhất để các chuyên gia tư vấn TPM hợp tác cùng nhân sự của công ty trong suốt quá trình thực hiện chương trình để đạt được những kết quả tốt nhất.
So với nhiều đơn vị khác từng triển khai TPM, Cơ Khí Nhựa Bình Thuận triển khai có nhiều thuận lợi hơn do đã áp dụng thành công hê thống thực hành tốt 5S và đã có ban chuyên trách 5S hoạt động hiệu quả trong suốt 1 năm vừa qua. Trong thời gian này, Cơ Khí Nhựa Bình Thuận triển khai 3 trụ cột chính của TPM bao gồm: Bảo trì tự quản AM, Bảo trì kế hoạch, Cải tiến trọng tâm.
