Chương trình triển khai áp dụng TPM của Sơn SELAC diễn ra từ 08/2019 đến 12/2019. Trong đó 2 tháng đầu được dành cho việc triển khai trụ cột AM và 2 tháng còn lại được dành cho việc triển khai 2 trụ cột còn lại. Với đội ngũ Ban triển khai TPM bao gồm các thành viên trẻ, có nhiều nhiệt huyết và kiến thức chuyên môn cao cùng sự quan tâm tận tình của ban lãnh đạo công ty Ban đánh giá cải tiến gồm: Tổng giám đốc, Giám đốc sản xuất, Giám đốc kỹ thuật và Trưởng bộ phận cơ điện, sau 4 tháng thực hiện TPM. Đối với trụ cột cải tiến trọng điểm FI, công ty đã thành công trong việc rút ngắn số lần hiệu chỉnh khi chuyển đổi sản xuất giữa 2 mã sản phẩm từ 2-3 lần hiệu chỉnh xuống còn 1-2 lần để đạt được đúng màu yêu cầu. Đồng thời công ty cũng tiêu chuẩn hóa quy trình vệ sinh thiết bị, loại bỏ các thao tác thao tác thừa, loại bỏ quãng đường vận chuyển không cần thiết, bổ sung các dụng cụ cần thiết giúp nhân viên vận hành sử dụng thuận tiện mà không cần di chuyển và tìm kiếm.
