Nhà máy được xây dựng trên khu đất rộng hơn 20 hecta, với tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 105 triệu đô la Mỹ, toàn bộ dây chuyền công nghệ sản xuất đều được tự động và hiện đại do hang Dieffenbacher GmbH và Siempelkamp của Đức cung cấp. Sau hơn 10 tháng thiết kế và thi công, nhà máy đã chính thức đi vào hoạt động từ ngày 16/05/2012 với công suất hơn 250.000 m3/năm và sử dụng hơn 200 lao động có trình độ kỹ thuật cao.
