Nhà máy được xây dựng trên khu đất rộng hơn 20 hecta, với tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 105 triệu đô la Mỹ, toàn bộ dây chuyền công nghệ sản xuất đều được tự động và hiện đại do hang Dieffenbacher GmbH và Siempelkamp của Đức cung cấp.
