EVNNPT tăng cao công tác bảo trì bảo dưỡng đảm bảo truyền tải điện an toàn mùa nắng nóng
Theo tính toán của cơ quan điều độ, tăng trưởng phụ tải năm 2022 ở mức thấp khoảng 7,9% và mức cao khoảng 12,1%. Trong khi miền Bắc gặp khó khăn về nguồn và đường dây 500kV Bắc – Trung tại cung đoạn Nho Quan – Hà Tĩnh bị hạn chế do giới hạn truyền tải của cung đoạn này là 1800 – 2000MW. Chính điều đó làm điện áp giảm thấp khu vực miền Bắc, đặc biệt khu vực phụ tải cao như Hà Nội và phụ cận như: Hà Nam, Nam Định, Ninh Bình.
Để đảm bảo vận hành an toàn hệ thống truyền tải điện, góp phần cung cấp điện an toàn, liên tục cho sản xuất và đời sống nhân dân, Tổng công ty Truyền tải điện Quốc gia (EVNNPT) đã chỉ đạo các đơn vị lập phương án ngăn ngừa sự cố cho từng trạm biến áp, từng đường dây để triển khai thực hiện các giải pháp bảo trì bảo dưỡng định kỳ, ngăn ngừa, khắc phục kịp thời các sự cố có thể phát sinh.
Công tác kiểm định bảo dưỡng định kỳ thiết bị là nội dung quan trọng. Đến thời điểm hiện tại, EVNNPT đã thực hiện được gần 19.000 hạng mục kiểm định tại 166 TBA, đạt 92,45% khối lượng, trong đó 68 TBA đã hoàn thành 100% khối lượng kiểm định định kỳ. Ông Lưu Việt Tiến – Phó Tổng Giám đốc EVNNPT đã chia sẻ: EVNNPT kiểm tra bảo dưỡng định kỳ thiết bị theo quy định; theo dõi, kiểm tra soi phát nhiệt, corocam để phát hiện các bất thường, tăng cường kiểm tra, theo dõi khi nắng nóng, truyền tải cao.
Cùng với đó, tổng công ty hoàn thành lắp đặt và thí nghiệm các mạch sa thải theo công suất trên đường dây 500kV, mạch sa thải mất liên kết lưới 500kV theo chỉ đạo của EVN. Các đơn vị bố trí tăng cường lực lượng ứng trực, sẵn sàng phương tiện, vật tư phụ tùng bảo trì, các thiết bị dự phòng để kịp thời xử lý sự cố, giảm thiểu thời gian mất điện.
Về công tác sửa chữa bảo trì hệ thống điện, EVNNPT và các đơn vị đã thực hiện tốt công tác này nhằm khôi phục hoặc duy trì khả năng làm việc của các thiết bị, đem lại lợi ích kinh tế. EVNNPT đã triển khai nhiều giải pháp đồng bộ trong khâu quản lý bảo trì thiết bị nhằm nâng cao chất lượng công tác dự báo, đánh giá chất lượng thiết bị, xây dựng kế hoạch bảo trì, sửa chữa lớn đảm bảo sát với thực tiễn. Trong đó, phải kể đến việc EVNNPT đang triển khai áp dụng quy trình bảo trì theo điều kiện hay bảo trì dựa trên tình trạng thiết bị (Condition-Based Maintenance – CBM) cho máy biến áp và máy cắt trong năm 2022 và sẽ tiếp tục triển khai áp dụng cho các thiết bị khác theo lộ trình EVN giao.
EVNNPT đã và đang triển khai áp dụng một số ứng dụng khoa học công nghệ trong công tác quản lý bảo trì và vận hành thiết bị. Trong đó trang bị định vị sự cố cho khoảng 160 đường dây, chủ yếu cho lưới 500kV và các đường dây 220kV đi qua địa hình hiểm trở, các đường dây đấu nối nhà máy. Với độ chính xác cao (sai số khoảng 200m), các thiết bị định vị sự cố đã phát huy hiệu quả rất tích cực, làm giảm thời gian tìm kiếm vị trí và nhanh chóng khôi phục vận hành lưới điện sau sự cố.
