In 2015, CEO of one of the leading FDI Port contaced us to purchase Vietsoft Ecomaint for maintenance management in his company. Consequently, this port has been using Vietsoft’s software for over 10 years. This demonstrates high quality of Vietsoft’s product and service.
CUSTOMER INTRODUCTION
In 2023, the port’s capacity exceeded 5 million metric tons of cargo, covering an area of over 110,000 square meters. The port features 880 meters of quay length, with the main berth extending 62.5 meters, allowing for the accommodation of vessels with a deadweight tonnage (DWT) of up to 100,000. The port is equipped with five shore cranes, capable of a handling rate of up to 32,000 tons per day.

01.10.2015 Go live (after 3 months). Then, refining processes, and reporting, as well as internal operation rule were carried out.

Number of users joining the software are:
– Management Board and IT: 08 people
– Maintenance Department: 21 people
– Operation Department: 123 people
