Giới thiệu:
–Dự án “Hệ sinh thái Năng suất vì Việc làm Bền vững” (PE4DW) do Tổ chức Lao động Quốc tế (ILO) triển khai tại Việt Nam cho ngành máy móc, thiết bị và chế biến gỗ nhằm cải thiện hạn chế về tăng trưởng năng suất và việc làm bền vững từ 2022 đến cuối 2025.Tập trung vào lợi ích cho cả doanh nghiệp và người lao động.
Mục tiêu: Nâng cao năng suất và việc làm bền vững trong ngành chế biến gỗ và ngành máy móc thiết bị tại các doanh nghiệp ở Việt Nam.
2. Tóm tắt nội dung của Chương trình 1:
·Số lượng doanh nghiệp được hỗ trợ:10 doanh nghiệp.
Tiêu chí lựa chọn doanh nghiệp:
ü Doanh nghiệp Việt Nam trong ngành cơ khí, có 50 – 500 nhân viên.
ü Doanh thu trung bình dưới 300 tỷ đồng, hoạt động ít nhất 2 năm, tuân thủ pháp luật và quy định lao động quốc tế.
ü Tham gia hỗ trợ và tạo lợi ích cân bằng cho người lao động và doanh nghiệp, đóng góp ít nhất 30% tổng chi phí hỗ trợ.
·Mục tiêu:Áp dụng các giải pháp bảo trì bền vững nâng cao năng suất và đảm bảo việc làm ổn định trong doanh nghiệp ngành máy móc và thiết bị tại Việt Nam.
·Lợi ích mang lại:
–Về môi trường: Tiết kiệm năng lượng, giảm khí thải nhà kính; Phòng tránh ô nhiễm và bảo vệ môi trường.
–Về kinh tế: Giảm các chi phí và lãng phí, Tăng năng suất và hiệu quả sử dụng thiết bị toàn bộ (OEE).
–Về xã hội: Tạo việc làm bền vững; Đảm bảo an toàn, ergonomics; Cải thiện sức khỏe và điều kiện làm việc của công nhân viên.
–Hơn 50 dự án cải tiến, đổi mới sáng tạo về năng suất, chất lượng, tinh gọn, bảo trì, năng lượng, an toàn và ergonomics được thực hiện cho mỗi doanh nghiệp trong vòng 12 tháng.

Chương trình 2:Chương trình hỗ trợ của Bộ Công Thương về ứng dụng bảo trì hiệu quả và bền vững cho các doanh nghiệp ngành Cơkhí.

Chương trình do Cục công nghiệp – Bộ Công thương hỗ trợ, theo Nghị định số 111/2015/NĐ-CP ngày 03 tháng 11 năm 2015 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về phát triển công nghiệp hỗ trợ; Quyết định số 68/QĐ-TTg ngày 18 tháng 01 năm 2017 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về việc phê duyệt Chương trình phát triển Công nghiệp hỗ trợ từ năm 2016 đến năm 2025 (Quyết định số 68/QĐ-TTg) và Quyết định số 10/2017/QĐ-TTg ngày 03 tháng 4 năm 2017 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ ban hành quy chế quản lý và thực hiện Chương trình phát triển công nghiệp hỗ trợ.
2.Tóm tắt nội dung chương trình
Mục tiêu chính của Chương trình là hỗ trợ nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của các doanh nghiệp công nghiệp hỗ trợ, phát triển công nghiệp hỗ trợ thuộc các lĩnh vực điện tử, ô tô, cơ khí chế tạo, dệt may, da giày và công nghiệp công nghệ cao.
Trong khuôn khổ chương trình trên, Công ty CP Năng suất xanh đã đăng ký thực hiện đềán:“Đào tạo, tư vấn đo lường, cải tiến hiệu quả sử dụng thiết bị toàn bộcho doanh nghiệp công nghiệp hỗ trợ nhằm giảm các chi phí và nâng cao năng suất”
*Số lượng doanh nghiệp:20 doanh nghiệp công nghiệp hỗ trợ thuộc 2ngành nhựa và cơ khí, tại vùng kinh tế trọng điểm phía Nam, chủ yếu tập trung tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
*Mục tiêu của đề án
Đào tạo, tư vấn đo lường, cải tiến hiệu quả sử dụng thiết bị toàn bộ (OEE) cho doanh nghiệp công nghiệp hỗ trợ nhằm giảm các chi phí và nâng cao năng suất. Giúp doanh nghiệp cải thiện hiệu quả sử dụng thiết bị toàn bộ từ 5 đến 10% trong vòng 6 tháng đầu tiên, đồng thời hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp xây dựng lộ trình cải thiện hiệu quả sử dụng thiết bị toàn bộ lâu dài. Đề án này bắt đầu với vài chục doanh nghiệp, sau đó có thể mở rộng triển khai lan tỏa cho vài trăm, vài ngàn, thậm chí vài chục ngàn doanh nghiệp sản xuất công nghiệp có nhu cầu cải tiến OEE trong những năm tới.
