Nhằm đảm bảo cung cấp nguồn nước sạch phục vụ sinh hoạt cho người dân trên đảo Lý Sơn trong những tháng hè sắp tới, Doosan Vina tiếp tục hỗ trợ bảo trì định kỳ hai nhà máy lọc nước biển thành nước ngọt tại xã đảo An Bình.
Sau gần 2 năm hoàn thành đợt tổng kiểm tra, bảo trì bảo dưỡng và thay thế, sửa chữa các hạng mục của hệ thống máy khử mặn lần đầu tiên vào tháng 9/2020, đến nay, một số thiết bị, máy móc bị hỏng do lâu ngày không vận hành vì thiếu nguồn điện đầu vào cũng như lượng muối tích tụ làm tắc màng lọc, dẫn đến hỏng kết nối.
Để khắc phục tình trạng này, Doosan Vina đã cử một nhóm kỹ sư và công nhân đến hỗ trợ bảo trì, sửa chữa và thay thế 8 màng lọc bị hỏng, kiểm tra làm sạch hệ thống van điện của tổ máy số 1. Đồng thời kiểm tra lại toàn bộ hệ thống thiết bị vận hành của tổ máy số 2 và hướng dẫn người phụ trách vận hành thường xuyên vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng hệ thống máy định kỳ để hạn chế hư hỏng.
Trước đó, Doosan Vina đã tiến hành đợt tổng bảo trì hai tổ máy khử mặn này vào tháng 9/2020 bằng cách thay các cảm biến, vệ sinh đánh gỉ, sơn sửa bảo dưỡng thiết bị đã bị oxi hóa, vô dầu mỡ cho các động cơ của máy số 1 và thay thế các cảm biến, biến tần, bơm cấp nước đầu vào, các quạt làm mát của tủ điện và vệ sinh, vô dầu mỡ cho các động cơ của máy số 2.
