Hiệp hội Dệt may Việt Nam dự báo, ba tháng cuối năm “cực kỳ khó khăn” khi mục tiêu xuất khẩu 39 tỷ USD khó hoàn thành vì thiếu lao động, chuỗi cung ứng vẫn đứt gãy.
