Vừa qua, Nhà máy Nhiệt điện Vũng Áng 1 đã chính thức hoàn thành công tác đại tu tổ máy số 2, vượt tiến độ đề ra 5 ngày.
Trước đó, ngày 17/8, Nhà máy đã ngừng máy Tổ máy số 2 để thực hiện đại tu tổng thể. Đây là kỳ đại tu tổng thể, quy mô nhất của Nhà máy kể từ khi Nhà máy đi vào hoạt động, cũng là lần đầu tiên Tổng Công ty Điện lực Dầu khí Việt Nam – CTCP (PV Power) triển khai thực hiện đại tu tổng thể một nhà máy nhiệt điện chạy than.

Nhà máy Nhiệt điện Vũng Áng 1, ở xã Kỳ Lợi, thị xã Kỳ Anh, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh với quy mô công suất 1.200 MW gồm 2 tổ máy 600 MW do PV Power quản lý. Hàng năm, nhà máy sản xuất và đóng góp cho lưới điện quốc gia khoảng 7,2 tỷ kWh điện. Tính riêng 6 tháng đầu năm 2021, NMNĐ Vũng Áng 1 đã cung cấp lên lưới điện 3,957 tỷ kWh điện, doanh thu đạt 6.018 tỷ đồng, nộp ngân sách Nhà nước 176 tỷ đồng.
Với tính chất công việc quan trọng nhằm đảm bảo đúng tiến độ công việc và an toàn hiệu quả của kỳ bảo dưỡng sửa chữa tổng thể, PV Power đã giao Chi nhánh Tổng công ty Điện lực Dầu khí Việt Nam – CTCP – Trung tâm Dịch vụ Kỹ thuật (PV Power TSC) chủ trì việc thực hiện kỳ đại tu Tổ máy số 2. PV Power TSC đã huy động hầu hết các chuyên gia, kỹ sư về bảo dưỡng, vận hành có kinh nghiệm trải qua nhiều kỳ bảo dưỡng sửa chữa Nhà máy nhiệt điện triển khai thực hiện kỳ đại tu Tổ máy số 2 đảm bảo tiến độ, an toàn, hiệu quả.
Do ảnh hưởng của đại dịch Covid-19 nên công tác đại tu Tổ máy số 2 NMNĐ Vũng Áng 1 gặp không ít khó khăn. Bên cạnh vệc đảm bảo nhiệm vụ chuyên môn, công tác đảm bảo an toàn phòng dịch được Nhà máy đặt lên hàng đầu. Nhà máy đã xây dựng phương án cách ly y tế, lưu trú tập trung đối với nhân sự tham gia đại tu. Theo đó, 100% cán bộ, kỹ sư, chuyên gia tham gia kỳ đại tu phải thực hiện kê khai y tế, có kết quả xét nghiệm PCR COVID-19 âm tính trong trong 72 giờ.
